This will be for a client who will be purchasing or renting a new location for a home or business.  This is an overview to learn how supportive this property is for the occupant, remedies will not be given. At time of purchase will need the payment for one report. Client will send me the address, the year built, Birthdates of up to 5 occupants who will be living or working in the building and an email address as well as cell phone.  This One location can be purchased again for $195. for a second location if client desires.  Each report will be created as they are purchased and info sent.  Optional: Floor Plan (rough sketch) of the property is good to send with purchase.

Note: Payment is required at the time of order placement. There is no need to book a calendar appointment.
